<p>I looove lemon pie! It&#8217;s a shame my boyfriend doesn&#8217;t like it at all, if he would I would bake this every week <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
I do like lemon pies or bars best with a nice crunchy crust, this one is fairly good, but I am still looking for one better.</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><strong>Ingredients</strong></strong></span></h2>
<p><strong><strong>Crust:<br />
</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>150g flour</li>
<li> 60g powdered sugar</li>
<li> 180g unsalted butter, in pieces</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Topping:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 6 eggs</li>
<li> 460gr white sugar</li>
<li> 2 teaspoon of lemon zest</li>
<li>2,5dl fresh lemon juice</li>
<li>60 gr flour</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li> Preheat oven at 170C. Grease in a 20x30cm pan with butter and put in baking paper. Make sure it is not too small, then you can pull the pie up when it&#8217;s done : )</li>
<li> For the crust, mix the powdered sugar and flour in a bowl. Add the pieces of butter and mix it with your fingertops. It will look  little crumbly now.</li>
<li> Press it in the pan until evenly spread.</li>
<li>Now bake it 25 min in the oven until gold and hard. Let it cool down</li>
<li> Lower heat to 160C</li>
<li> For the topping mix the eggs and sugar for about 3 min in a bowl until licht yellow and thickened.</li>
<li>Add the lemon zest, juice and then the flour.</li>
<li>Pour the mix on the crust and place it in the oven.</li>
<li>Bake for abot 45 minutes and place foil on it for the last 20 min.</li>
</ol>
<p>This stays good for about 3 days when put in a air tight container.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t pay too much attention to the picture, when I baked this round they where in the oven too long!</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Ingredients</strong></strong></strong></strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li>70gr unsweeted dark chocolate</li>
<li>113 gr unsalted butter</li>
<li>200gr white sugar</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract</li>
<li>35gr all-purpoue flour</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon salt
<ol>
<li>Melt the butter and chocolate au bain marie</li>
<li>Add the sugar and mix it, then add the eggs and vanilla extract</li>
<li>Now mix the flour.</li>
<li>Spread the mixture over a sealed pan (mine is about 28&#215;20, but if it&#8217;s a little smaller it&#8217;s better I think)</li>
<li>Bake in oven for about 30-35 min on 160C</li>

<h2><strong><strong>Ingredients</strong></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>1 french bread</li>
<li> Some tomatoes</li>
<li> Olive oil</li>
<li> Garlic</li>
<li> Peper &amp; salt</li>
</ul>

<li> Cut the bread intro pieces and put them in the oven untill nice and crispy. Since I love bread I tend to make the pieces really big :3</li>
<li> Cut the tomatoes and mix it with the olive oil</li>
<li> Crush the garlic and mix it with the tomatoes</li>
<li> When the bread is ready top it with the mixture, then put some salt &amp; peper on it. LOTS of peper :3</li>

<p>Waaay too easy right? Sometimes I also add some onion.</p>

<li>225 gr of unsalted butter</li>
<li> 340 gr light brown sugar</li>
<li> 2 eggs</li>
<li> 1 tablespoon vanilla extract</li>
<li> 1/2 tablespoon almond extract</li>
<li> 330 gr All-purpose flour</li>
<li> 1 teaspoon baking powder</li>
<li> 1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>250gr White Chocolate chips</li>
<li>100gr Peanutbutter Chocolate chips</li>
<li>130 grams Macadamia nuts</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li> Crush the nuts, and bake them in oven (180 degreed C) until light brown. Set them aside</li>
<li> Mix the sugar and butter together well. Then add the eggs, vanilla extract and almond extract.</li>
<li> Combine Flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then slowly add it to the mixture.</li>
<li> Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips. Then put the batter in a greased or lined pan and make sure it is spread well. Then sprinkle sugar on top.</li>
<li> Bake in oven for 35 min (maybe longer) at 180 degrees C.</li>

<li>150g Bastogne cookies, in pieces</li>
<li> 50g butter, soft</li>
<li> 400g Creamcheese</li>
<li> 100g Sugar</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li> 150g white chocolate, in crushed</li>
<li>20g white chocolate chips for topping</li>
<li>Strawberries for topping
<p>1. Preheat oven at 175C. Crush the cookies and mix it with the butter. Press it into the greased and lined pan, make sure it is spread well.<br />
2. Crush the chocolate into pieces, I used chocolate chips from Nestle and crushed those.<br />
3. Mix the Creamcheese with the sugar, chocolate and eggs, then spread it over the cookiemix.<br />
4. Bake the cheesecake in the oven for about 40 min. Let it cool down.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note that I used a quite small pan to bake this cake in, I recommend adding half of these ingredients if you are using a standard size pan.</p>
